No advance payment is required for most bookings. You can pay the driver directly after the trip via cash, UPI, or Google Pay. For long outstation trips, a small advance may be requested.

Yes, free cancellation is available up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 2 hours may attract a small charge depending on the driver's location.

Toll and parking charges are NOT included in our pricing. For outstation trips, you pay toll directly at the plaza. For airport trips, toll is optional — you choose the route. Parking charges at destinations are paid by the customer.

Currently, we only offer round-trip (2-way) outstation bookings. This helps us keep our per-km pricing transparent and affordable. For one-way requirements, contact us on WhatsApp for a custom quote.
